Sansar Solutions provides bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services. The scope of work is customized for each client, as detailed in your service agreement. These Terms govern your use of all services provided by Sansar Solutions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete financial records and information.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation or clarification.
- Retain copies of submitted records for compliance purposes.
Sansar Solutions is not liable for delays or inaccuracies arising from incomplete or delayed submissions.
4. Service Fees and Payments
Service fees are specified in your engagement agreement. Payments must be made promptly as outlined in your invoice schedule. Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional charges.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential. Sansar Solutions will use appropriate measures to safeguard your data but cannot guarantee absolute protection due to external risks like cyber threats.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, reports, templates, and other materials created by Sansar Solutions remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Sansar Solutions may use third-party platforms (e.g., accounting software) to deliver its services. Clients agree to abide by the terms of these third-party providers when applicable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees. While Sansar Solutions strives for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee error-free delivery or results.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sansar Solutions is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses resulting from reliance on the Services or delays in tax filings due to client delays.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees must be settled, and all client documents will be returned or securely destroyed.
11. Amendments
Sansar Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes and may opt to discontinue services if they do not accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before seeking litigation.
